I have been an attorney for 25 years with a focus on electricity, renewable energy, and natural resources, including serving as General Counsel for the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada. I graduated from Occidental College, and the University of Denver College of Law. I have served as General Counsel for Energy Optimization Services since 2018.
